Your teacher for today

During the practice today we are going to introduce sound into the practice and by doing so you'll learn that actually, there's no such thing as a distracting environment in which to meditate. You most definitely don't need silence to meditate. Interestingly, you are going to discover that any experience is a potential object of meditation. Your practice is simply to see and hear and feel more clearly in the present moment.
