Your teacher for todaySo the intention of today's practice is for you to pay attention in a specific way, to fine tune your awareness. And then beyond the practice, I'd like you to see if throughout the day, you can intersperse your experience with clear moments of mindfulness. I want you to see if there are moments where you can break free from our usually mindlessness, our usual mode of auto pilot and see if you can notice things like a single inhale or notice a sound or notice a feeling or sensation. Just try to become more awareness of what is present in a moment and make a mental note of it. |
