Your teacher for today

Today's meditation is going to attempt to break the auto pilot response that you habitually operate by. You are going to let your mind be the space in which you notice things moment by moment. Your awareness will interrupt your automatic reaction that you have to the world. In the beginning these moments of awareness may not seem particularly important but when you get the point where you really know how to practice, you'll be able to easily get in touch with your deepest experience of meditation in a split second and that makes a world of difference!
