Diminish Ego

Your teacher for today

This meditation will allow you to move to a place beyond your ego, as we align ourselves to the breath. Working with the breath we are going to create the thought with the words "I am not this body" on the inhale and then "I am not this mind" on the exhale. We recommend listening to this one regularly, and if you begin to notice that your ego is acting up, listen again and clear your mind.
