Reclaim Valuable Sleep Time
Your teacher for todayHave you ever considered if your habits are interfering with your sleep or fuelling your worries or anxieties? Are your unconscious thought patterns or your self-talk, sabotaging your sleeping time, stopping you getting the good night’s sleep that you deserve? Generally people don’t realise that the effect of caffeine for example, last for around 4 to 7 hours. And of course caffeine isn’t just found in coffee, it’s in tea, chocolate and some fizzy drinks too. And alcohol – while it may help you to fall asleep faster – it actually causes your sleep to be fragmented and less restful. So in this meditation we are going to use some self observation and the intention is to be judgement free. The focus is on awareness so that you can get a wonderful night’s sleep. |
