Just before bed, take time to reflect on the day and appreciate all that has been good and positive. Create a pattern of positivity for your mind. Meditating or reflecting quietly is a great way to do this, connect your mind and body, clear your thoughts, become more mindful, and finish the day in a positive state of mind.
